Freshness is the primary focus of our kitchen. We offer about six vegetarian and six meat dishes per day but no matter what the menu selection is, it has been made from scratch on that very same day.

REKHA'S TV
Savoury Dosas, Indian-style crepes, made to perfection.
We grind rice and urad dal right in our kitchen to create a thick batter that we let ferment overnight. The fermentation brings its slightly sour characteristic with sense of umami. Once the batter hits the hot griddle, we obtain a crepe that has rings of crispy bits woven with grooves of steamed pancake. Dosas are freshly prepared at your request and served with Coconut Chutney & Sambhar.
